Important Steps in the Chapter 7 & Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Process

When filing for either Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy, you will be required to attend a Meeting of Creditors that typically lasts 15 to 30 minutes. A Bankruptcy Trustee will place you under oath and ask you questions regarding your assets, debts, personal finances and any other circumstances that should reasonably be considered in your Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy case.
